Happy Tuesday babes! I hope you all are having a great week so far! I am SO excited to be partnering up with Hidden Crown Hair for today’s post!
When I first discovered Hidden Crown I was honestly very skeptical. I researched a TON! I scrolled through their Instagram to see what other bloggers had worked with them and to see what others looked like wearing their Hidden Crown extensions. It just seemed way too easy! I thought it was too good to be true.
One of the things I was impressed with immediately was their willingness to color match if I needed. I decided to go with their 20″ 60/8p and it is the perfect match! These extensions are 100% natural Remy hair and by far the softest ones I have ever had!
All of the extensions come with a nice travel bag, a clip hanger, as well as the comb you will need to pull your hair up to place the Hidden Crown hair piece. To place the extensions, I find it easiest to first clip the upper half of my hair while leaving the front pieces out all the way around to the back, leaving the majority of my hair pulled up into the clip. Then, grab your extensions and place them along the halo line you made with the comb. Once you have the extensions placed where you like, release the rest of your hair from the clip and comb those pieces gently so that it all blends in with your extensions. See their how-to videos here.
The extension I am wearing is the 20″ 60/8p. If you are looking for something that looks a little more subtle, they also offer a Daydream Crown in each color option – this set is a little shorter and has less grams (weight) with tapered ends. It also comes at a lower price point, making it very affordable!
Your extensions will come straight and it is best to curl them WITH your natural hair. Curling them with your hair is crucial if you want your extensions to blend well. After you put the extensions in split your hair in half down the back and pull all of the hair forward over the shoulders on either side. It is easiest to curl your hair the correct direction (away from your head) when it is all pulled forward. Allow those curls to cool completely, even if they seem too tight. You can run your fingers through once they are cool, or gently brush them out for looser, bouncy curls. They will fall a little through the day and will stay for days! Once you’ve curled them you should be able to just quickly place your Hidden Crown, touch up a few pieces, and go! It really is SO EASY! Shop Hidden Crown Extensions here.
